Privacy Policy

What we do not collect

Fish Merge does not ask you to create an account with us and works fully offline. We do not collect, receive, or store personal information from the game. Specifically, Fish Merge has:

• no Fish Merge account, profile, or password;
• no advertising and no ad networks;
• no analytics, attribution, or tracking SDKs;
• no in-app purchases;
• no access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

What stays on your device

Fish Merge saves a small amount of game state in local storage on your iPhone or iPad:

• your best score;
• your sound on/off preference.

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting the app removes it.

Apple Game Center

Signing in to Game Center from the in-game Settings panel is optional, and the game is fully playable without it. If you do sign in, Apple authenticates you and provides your Game Center player name to the app on your device. We do not copy that name, your Apple ID, or your Game Center identifier to any Synctuary Works server. Apple’s use of Game Center data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Links to our other apps

When a game ends, Fish Merge may show an optional link to our fishing app, MyFishNavigator. Tapping it opens the App Store or a website in your browser; nothing is shared with us unless you choose to sign up there. MyFishNavigator has its own privacy policy.

Children

Fish Merge is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple’s guidelines for kids-appropriate apps.

Security

Since no game data is sent to our servers, there is no Fish Merge account to breach. Game state is protected by your device’s own security and by iOS app sandboxing.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Fish Merge collects anything, we will update this page and change the date above before that version ships. The App Store listing always links to the current version.
